Can I still open, download and organise my original files?
Yes. AskMODV is a home for your documents as well as a way to ask about them. Your original files stay available to open, organise and download.
Do I need to remember the name of the file?
No. Ask about what you need to know, such as “when does my car insurance renew?”, and AskMODV looks for the answer across your documents.
How can I check where an answer came from?
Each answer shows the document it came from. Open it to read the original. In the demo above, select “View source” to see how this works with a sample document.
What happens if the answer isn't in my documents?
AskMODV tells you it couldn't find the answer in the selected documents. It won't invent one.
Can I choose which documents are available to AskMODV?
Yes. You can ask across a single document, a folder, or everything you have access to.
How is my information protected?
We'll publish AskMODV's security and privacy details here before launch, including how your documents are stored and who can access them. Until then, please don't rely on this page for security information.
